Born in Pesaro in 1954, he took his diploma at the technical industrial high school of Rimini. He's professionally interested in the design of the industrial product and in the planning of fair stands, devoting himself to the inner furnishing more as an enjoyment than a professional duty. His first contact with the project is basically technical, as he was particularly attracted by mechanisms in movement and by the technology applied to new materials. He follows an ideal of balance in which form is not dominant over on the very use of the object projected , but places itself at this object's service. He's a designer who doesn't like the excess and prefer creating forms whose design is pure and between tradition and contemporary values, constantly looking for a design out of time and not victim of fashions. He's working since over 20 years as a designer for several factories, projecting furniture accessories for all the home places (kitchens, tables, chairs, bathroom furniture and accessories, upholstered), devoting himself also to the design and aesthetics of electronic and musical fittings (air purifier, electromedical machines, electronic musical instruments and mixers). Besides Italcomma he works also with other firms as BMT; CERAMICHE DELTA; CIACCI; DEZI LEGNAMI; ELKA; FIAMBERTI; GENERAL MUSIC GIULIANI; IDEA VETRO; RISMA; SIE; SISMA: TIFERNO; TOMASSI CUCINE; TEMA. He also realized fair stands for several national and international displays. In the last 10 year he widened his range to the artistic advice for firms following the whole process of the projected product and outlining the basic strategies of image and communication. In 1983 he founds the studio "IDEA design and graphic" working with many professional people who work in the design, photography, graphic, web and other communication fields. |
